Tips for a Smooth Donation:

Find out what items are currently being accepted
Legal restrictions prevent us from accepting some items.  Also, we have limited storage capacity and may be unable to receive overstocked items.  If we are unable to accept your donation, please ask us for a list of Other Donation and Disposal Centers that may be able to assist you.  Get a rough idea of the items we accept on our Donation Guidelines page.

Call ahead with questions
When in doubt, call our donation desk at (512) 478-2165 x205 to talk with the Donations Desk about your donation.

Please back your vehicle in until flat
It is very difficult for our staff to unload your items while your vehicle is on the ramp.  We are more than happy to help guide you into the warehouse.

Obtain a receipt from a staff member
Store restrictions and legal obligations do not allow us to place a value on your donated items be we do provide you with a reciept of your donation which may be used for tax purposes.
