Please note that the following information is meant to serve as a general guide for donors. Acceptable items are subject to frequent change. Legal restrictions and limited storage capacity prevent the acceptance of some items. Please call if you are unsure about the acceptability of your donation.

If we are unable to accept your donation, visit our Other Donation and Disposal Centers page, or ask for a list of other facilities that may be able to assist you.

We do not accept paint

We do not accept used carpet

We do not accept metal blinds

 Must be clean and in 100% working condition.
Must have all knobs, trays, burners, shelves, etc.
No rust, missing pieces, knobs or handles.
Limited to 5 years old or newer, unless listed below.
Refrigerators: 8 yrs old or newer
Gas Stoves: 5 yrs old or newer
Electric Stove: 5 yrs old or newer
Water heaters: 2-3 yrs old or newer
Microwaves: 4-5 yrs or newer
Dishwasher: 2-3 yrs old or newer
Washer/Dryer: 4-5 yrs or newer
Must be free of rot and in usable condition.
Only complete cabinets w/ all doors and drawers.
We do not accept cabinet doors or drawers by themselves.
Only new carpet and linoleum will be accepted.
Must be in good condition, free of holes.
Must not have rot, cracks, or separating.
Prefer doorknobs removed and bagged to sell separately. We Do Not Accept Commercial Doors.
 Full or half sheets only
No watermarks or broken corners
Light fixtures must be 100% working condition.
Accept electrical parts, lights, wire and hardware associated with electrical wiring.
Prefer they be clean and not covered with rust.
No florescent lights or bulbs.
Accept hardware for doors, cabinets, etc.
Must be in good condition and not rusty.
Preferably separated by type/style.
Must be 6 feet or longer.
Must be free of rot, nails, and screws
Accept full and 1/2 sheets of plywood.
Accept full lengths of lumber (8 ft).
Accept Trim
Must be clean, in usable condition, and no cracks.
Toilets must include a tank top
Only low flush (1.5 or 1.6 gallon) toilets accepted.
Shingles must be in complete packages.
Metal roofing in full lengths if possible.
Most roofing materials donations are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Accept vinyl and ceramic tile, unused or clean.
Accept any amount of ceramic tile.
Accept cast iron not scratched on inside of basin or edge.
No rust near or around drain holes, not yellowed or chipped.
No culture marble sinks/countertops
Dual pane windows only (No single pane)
No cracked or missing windowpanes.
Ask about window hardware if appropriate.
Window sashes accepted.
Commercial Doors
Cubicles
Culture marble sinks or countertops
Electronics (ie TV, Computer, Fax machine, etc)
Furniture
Lumber less than 6ft long
Mattresses
Metal blinds
Mirrors without frames
Paint
Shower doors
Single pane windows
Toilets that are not Low Flow (1.6)
Used Carpet
