Please note that the following information is meant to serve as a general guide for donors. Acceptable items are subject to frequent change. Legal restrictions and limited storage capacity prevent the acceptance of some items. Please call if you are unsure about the acceptability of your donation.

If we are unable to accept your donation, visit our Other Donation and Disposal Centers page, or ask for a list of other facilities that may be able to assist you.

We do not trade materials

We do not accept paint

We do not accept used carpet

We do not accept metal blinds

Must be clean and in 100% working condition.
Must have all knobs, trays, burners, shelves, etc.
Generally must be 5 years old or newer.
Refrigerators 10-12 years old or newer
Gas Stoves 8 years old or newer.
Water heaters 2-3 years old or newer.
Only complete cabinets w/ all doors and drawers.
We do not accept cabinet doors or drawers by themselves.
Must be free of rot and in usable condition.
Only new carpet and linoleum will be accepted.
Must be in good condition, free of holes.
Must not have rot, cracks, or separating.
Prefer doorknobs removed and bagged to sell separately.
Full or half sheets only
No watermarks or broken corners
Accept electrical parts, lights, wire and hardware associated with electrical wiring.
Only accept light fixtures in working order.
Prefer they be clean and not covered with rust.
No florescent lights or bulbs.
Must be free of rips, tears, and stains.
Must be in overall good condition & need no repair.
Accept hardware for doors, cabinets, etc.
Must be in good condition and not rusty.
Preferably separated by type/style.
Accept full and 1/2 sheets of plywood.
Accept full lengths of lumber (8 ft).
All scraps must be 4 feet or longer. 8 feet for pickup.
Trim accepted in smaller pieces.
Must be free of rot, nails, and screws.
Should be clean and in usable condition.
Toilets must include a tank top
Only low flush (1.5 or 1.6 gallon) toilets accepted.
Shingles must be in complete packages.
Metal roofing in full lengths if possible.
Most roofing materials donations are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Accept vinyl and ceramic tile, unused or clean.
Accept any amount of ceramic tile.
No cracked or missing windowpanes.
Single paned steel and wood windows may be accepted with damaged panes.
Wooden windows in need of paint usually accepted.
Ask about window hardware if appropriate.
Window sashes accepted.
